I love the concept! Not competing with other restaurants in the area, but, thinking outside the box, working with them in a way that helps everyone involved!
I think it is time for churches to also think outside the box and do something creative, if we wish to survive in this ever-changing world. We need to not see one another as our competitors, but dream of ways we can support one another, help one another, and collaborate with each other. God knows there are enough people in Lakeview who do not connect with any religious institution, and perhaps have even been harmed by one.
I invite us to help me dream ways in which we can reach out to the people of Lakeview, invite them into our community, but do this not exclusively for our church or our denomination, but have a broader vision like the Epic Kitchens.
