I confess that I don’t know a lot about the his(her)story of Black people in this country, so this year I am reading as many articles as I can, that tell these stories (not as in fiction, but as their life experience).
First of all - a reminder I need your favorite movie clips from movies featuring the Black experience or Black history, to share on the event on the 20th. Looking forward to this fun event, and a chance to share some entertainment and learning.
This week I'm back on Japanese for a bit. Kaizen, if you want to get technical about it, mostly refers to a business philosophy but I'm using it to suit my own purposes here: it means continuous improvement.
